![]() Before striking out on his own again in 2007 as Kreeft, he “apprenticed” at renowned design agencies including Studio Dumbar. A graphic design studio that has established a unique position and is known for its internationally acclaimed Dutch Design. In 1999 he became a fulltime member of the Studio Dumbar design team, where during his time as senior designer he gained experience on visual identities of big corporations such as: the Royal Dutch Post, Royal Dutch Telecom company and Randstad. Kreeft is a small design studio designing brand identities. Specializing in developing brand experiences, creatively-led business strategies, and visual identities, he offers both design and design consultancy. Since the start of his career and his inception in 2007, Kreeft has developed and completed visual identities for a range of clients, national and international, both big and small, within the commercial sector, for non-profit organisations and the public domain. His portfolio includes clients such as: Allianz, Shell, Nokia, Randstad, Woongjin, TNT, Royal Dutch Post Royal Dutch Telecom, V&D, Etos, ING, Postbank, Antalis, Vescom, Treaty of Utrecht, Nationale Nederlanden, AG2R La Mondiale, RATP, Open Loop New York, Thello, Prince de France, Eiffage, Nikon, Trenitalia, City of Unjeong, Woongjin, Artron, Olympics Beijing 2008, Shanghai Tower, Foton, World Expo Shanghai 2010, Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Manifesta, University of Amsterdam, City of Rotterdam, DeTAO University Beijing. His work has been nominated and selected for prestigious and international design awards including: Dutch Design Award (Netherlands) in 2003 and 2006. Red Dot Award (Germany) Gold 2012. Nominated for Dutch ADCN 2004. Theatre Poster Award 2006. Maaskantprijs 1997. His work took also part in dutch and international exhibitions at a.o. Affiche Festival Chaumont and has been published in several newspapers, books and magazines. Since 2004 Danny has been teaching Graphic Design and Branding at the Willem de Kooning Academy Rotterdam (NL), in addition to his practice. Since spring 2014 he started his career as professor at ISIA Urbino (IT) teaching Comunicazione d’Impresa. |
